2. Use of site
The content on cristianalancay.com is informational and commercial. It does not constitute formalized professional consulting until we sign a specific agreement. Service descriptions are approximate — final scope is agreed upon in writing for each project.
3. Intellectual property
All content (text, photos, design, code) is mine unless otherwise stated. Company logos (Lisual, Intermepro, Greenstay, Alega, CPIC, COPIME, CPSH, UTN) are property of their respective owners and used as professional reference.
4. Professional services
I'm licensed by CPIC (Civil Engineering), COPIME (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) and CPSH (Health & Safety) in Argentina. Any service requiring technical signature is performed within my active licenses.
5. Newsletter
Subscription is voluntary opt-in. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the bottom of every email. I do not sell or transfer email addresses to third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability. I am not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or information offered on it. For hiring professional services, specific liability terms are established in the signed project agreement.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
